You can now find Tennessee Disability Pathfinder among the many resources available for searching on the State of Tennessee mobile app MyTN.
Tennessee Disability Pathfinder is a free information and referral project of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VKC UCEDD). Pathfinder staff members help individuals with disabilities, family members, educators, and disability professionals find and access resources, support, and services available to meet their needs through a help line as well as the Pathfinder website at tnpathfinder.org.
MyTN is a mobile application providing personalized service delivery to Tennesseans through technology solutions. MyTN provides a single point of access to a growing list of services through a secure account. MyTN helps Tennessee residents access services like job listings, a childcare directory, early childhood programs, and more, and with the addition of Pathfinder, now you can search disability resources in your area, from your smartphone!
